Drop in Group

Drop in and join us as we explore a specific topic as a group. This month’s theme is: Resilience & Movement Towards Justice. Together, we’ll explore resilience as our capacity to move through difficulty, to transform through discomfort, and to do our own work so we can show up for collective healing and justice. We’ll explore and practice being both a secure base and a safe haven for ourselves and one another, honoring rest, courage, and collective care as acts of justice to face the challenges of our world head on.

“Resilience is the ability to recover, but also the ability to transform.”
— adrienne maree brown

Drop in Group

Drop in and join us as we explore a specific topic as a group. This month’s theme is: the Divine Feminine. Join us to explore the concept of Divine Feminine energy and archetypes. Throughout modern history, we've been individually and collectively fractured, banishing parts of ourselves that have been deemed 'weak' or 'too soft'. As a result, we are out of balance, which we can so clearly see through current world leaders, widespread burnout, late stage capitalism, destroying the planet - the list goes on. Instead of continuing to deny and suppress parts of ourselves that we don't want to look at, we must approach these parts with curiosity with the goal of integrating them into wholeness and charting a new path forward.

It is time for a rearranging.

A remembering.

A reclaiming.

Of the power of intuition, collaboration, care, and creativity.

Drop in Group

Drop in and join us as we explore a specific topic as a group. This month’s theme is: From Noticing to Acting - Strategies for Disrupting Patriarchal Patterns. This will be the second in a series of meetings investigating how living in a patriarchal society has impacted us on an individual and collective level. Our first meeting focused on bringing our awareness to how all of the subtle (and not-so-subtle) messages of our society have shaped our choices and actions. In our second meeting, the goal is to shift from identifying patterns and messages into action. Now that we are starting to make the unconscious conscious, what do we do next? If you weren't able to make it to part 1, we'd still love for you to join us for part 2.

We will spend time together as a large group and split into smaller groups for more opportunity to share and connect.

Guest Speaker: Telling Yourself the Truth with Natalie Joanne

Join us for our first guest speaker and host! Natalie Joanne is an attunement & soul path guide and tarot reader. She will take us on a journey to get closer to our true selves.

From Natalie:

By no fault of our own, we are conditioned, indoctrinated, and molded to fit into our communities. It’s survival. It’s subconscious. And the job of our subconscious is to keep us safe.

That’s both helpful and hugely problematic.

One of my mentors said: “Loving yourself is about keeping your word to yourself. Period.”

Telling yourself the truth is where you begin.

Telling yourself the truth and integrating what comes up (there are many ways to do this) is the threshold you walk through to heal, transform, and step into the life that is most aligned and joyful for you.

Your truth will never steer you wrong, but it takes practice to really hear it.

“When we are courageous, we can do the unexpected and start to mold the world around a vision bigger than one produced by fear. Every inch of progress, every ounce of love, every truly meaningful action from here on out will happen through courage, not comfort.”

— Prentis Hemphill
